Gary made me this placque for Mother's Day. It says "Forget Love, I'd Rather Fall In Chocolate". He knows me all too well!!! Angie knows too!!!!! Since she'd rather fall in chocolate too!!!!
These are the flowers my son-in-law, John, gave me for Mother's Day. They came in the mail in a big box and this is how they looked a few days after they opened up! I think they are some kind of lily. I just loved them and thought it was such a special gift from him.

"Autumn arrives in the early morning, but spring at the close of a winter day."- Elizabeth Bowen
I was born in Silver City, NM. I have one sister, Margaret, who lives in Albuquerque, NM. I met my husband, Danny at church. We were married July 8, 1961 and had our first daughter, Shelley, July 31, 1962. Our son, Alan, was born Feb.25, 1964. We moved to Utah of that year for him to work at BYU in the Barbershop. He has been there ever since. In the following years, we had 7 more children: Julie,Joni,Marc,Shari,Karen,Gary and Christopher. We now have 31 Grandchildren! And, we will probably have more. Dan works at BYU and also at our home barbershop. I work for a pressed flower company. We both plan on retiring in 2 years! Can't wait!
